added tf_function code for euler<->quaternion conversion (taken from tf github source code)
added tf.transformations.py was an external function for ambf, edited the transformations.py file by commenting the non compatible parts, added instructions in read me for ambf network
previously it was able to find the tf function only when ambf was opened as project and failed to find the module when opened separately

Previously version, tf function was being detected only when ambf is opened as a project. It was failing when opened in a separate project. Created a rospackage for tf function transformations. Tested and working!
