新增之后把数量改一下，别忘了还有总数，方便的话重新计算一下（湖北省、河南省数量都不对了）

根本原因是在于项目烂尾，我们统计这个的根本目的也是在于让政府控制不要出现烂尾的结果。 |

作为业主买在正荣的小区，目前该小区的配套项目已经烂尾，住宅已经交付部分。虽然目前没有业主开始断供，但是我觉得只要是烂尾的都可以统计上，统计的越多，zf在乎的概率也就越大。
