Interfaces and annotations in WebAssembly

I think WebAssembly should support interfaces like in the Java language and also annotations like for example @OverRide (which indicates that a method overrides the definition of an interface/superclass).

There are no objects, methods, or classes in Wasm, it is a low-level language.
