Remove/freeze/transfer Projects V2

We currently have two projects: V1 and V2. Since we've created a new repo for V2 work, the V2 project in this repo isn't really needed. We should do something about it like removing it, or making it read-only or something so that we don't accidentally add things here and forget about them since they're not in the V2 repo.

Telecoonf: Yes, we should do something, but probably not delete the project since it has completed items in it. Exact update TBD.
