• Go builds and the published image move to Go 1.26.10 / 1.27.3, which fix
  GO-2026-6809 in crypto/x509. govulncheck reports it as reachable from
  the Go server. Upgrade if you run the Docker image or build server-go
  (#140).

• Dependency updates: chi 5.5.0 and miniredis 2.40.0 (Go), fastapi 0.143.2
  and pydantic 2.14.1 (Python), and a newer Node 26 base image (#137, #138,
  #139).
