The 2.19 went out perfectly fine but it was missing the style handling, now refactored as hyperhtml-style utility.
While testing all dependencies I've also encountered a lot of problems with older IE, as well as older Firefox too, so I had to re-test all the target browsers to be sure everything works as expected in every target that was previously working fine too.
This might end up being 2.20 even without major changes just because 2.19 has been too bumpy.
