@NiklasMerz - Feel free to leave WV2 TODO wherever you want and me or someone else on my side can fill in details.

A couple consistency questions as I was writing:

  1. Do we want to start every sentence with "WebView2 will..." or "Android WebView supports..." or should we try to figure out how to skip that redundancy?
  2. Should we link to specific API pages or no?

Thanks @aluhrs13. I also had similar questions while doing my first drafts. I will create these as issues to discuss it in the group.
