v0.7.4: icons for directory listings

• The hosted server now serves favicons and an apple-touch icon, and the landing page declares them (plus Open Graph tags), so directory listings (Smithery, Glama) show the Wicked icon instead of a generic one.
• README carries the Smithery badge (npm page included).

v0.7.3: paywall tools fixed

• Fix: the eight paywall_* tenant tools pointed at the paywall gateway host and returned 404. They now use the tenant API (paywall-admin.wickedapi.com; override with PAYWALL_BASE_URL).
• New tool paywall_demo_weather: shows a real x402 challenge from the paywall gateway's demo route (PAYWALL_GATEWAY_URL to override).
• New prompts: counterparty_check, insider_watch, trade_idea_check (Filings and Wallet services plus the verdict engine).

v0.7.2: tool definition quality

• Every tool now carries a "Use when / Not for" line, a behavior line (read-only vs writes, free vs priced)
  and MCP annotations (readOnlyHint, destructiveHint, idempotentHint, openWorldHint, title).
• Generated tools take their free/priced flag and parameter docs from each service's /v1/status catalog.
• Picks up verdict and wallet_portfolio from the Trading Data API.
