Strive Frame Advantage 2.0

Features:

• Frame advantage is no longer predicted, instead displayed once the string ends.
• A frame data bar has been added. Can be hidden by pressing F4.

Known issues:

• Currently, a modified version of the Re[B]urn HUD is required. This is what the pak rar is for. Planned to be fixed in the future.
• Resetting training mode takes noticeably longer than usual. I do not know how to fix this.
