Thank you @dugyen for the draft and volunteering so often.

I have reviewed this and made the following changes:

  • on attendees, changed phrase 'reviewed'. This is a note for all notetakers, we are not asking for people to 'review' the attendees. The attendees list when notes are taken also changes with async contributions. Perhaps we check the number before publishing, and include any facilitators or those who gave updates through the GitHub card for the week into the numbers who contributed and may not have added their name into the thread during the meeting.
  • updated the date for next week's meeting at the end of the post
  • added Brett's name in for update on social
  • added the link in for the GitHub card for next week's meeting
  • updated the social question and link to last week's meeting
  • amalgamated the references to last week's meeting notes and added in the date
  • added in to the volunteers for notes - option to volunteer on the GitHub card to open these more to contributors in different timezones. Changed the heading to incorporate volunteer opportunities as the meeting
  • added in the mentioned coffee break volunteer call and link to the GitHub card
  • removed the links to the P2 polyglot newsletter draft as closed. Added the published link to the April newsletter
  • excerpt added
  • tags updated

@murillol is there anything else from you? Thank you @dugyen

Thanks @nalininsbs and @dugyen! my comments:

  • On attendees, I would not include any number. Just "the attendees can be viewed in this Slack thread". I see now in this draft there is no number indicated, and I would keep it that way going forward. [Note from Nalini: I removed the number and agree we should not include it in future to encourage async contribution]
  • For Notes purposes, I would not consider as attendees any facilitators or those who gave updates through the GitHub card for the week
  • Item 3 Notes and Volunteer Opportunities - I appreciate the sentiment, but I don't think it's necessary to include the Note reviewers :D

What I changed:

  • 4a - all the IDs in this item were Slack ID links, I changed them

I have no other suggestions!

Coming back on this @murillol
"For Notes purposes, I would not consider as attendees any facilitators or those who gave updates through the GitHub card for the week." I am unsure on this. If we are encouraging async contributions and people to leave updates on the cards which we can share for them, then they have participated in the meeting and we should acknowledge that.
