Restore Django Admin views

Revert #935 by @sarayourfriend

Description

Since we identified the queries are not coming from internal admin views we can (and should) restore these. I also remove a dangling ES log which makes the production logs too verbose. Let me know if you prefer to keep this behind the VERBOSE_ES_RESPONSE flag.

Testing Instructions

1. Run just api/up
2. Check views at http://localhost:50280/admin/ (pass & user: deploy)
   • http://localhost:50280/admin/api/image/
   • http://localhost:50280/admin/api/imagereport/
   • and the same for Audio views

The es_took_ms one I have found useful on occasion; maybe we could just remove the search dumping? Not a blocker though, we can add it back in a different issue in a way that is less verbose.
