• Update ci to use "github.token" instead of "inputs.github_token" in setup-env
• Also remove github_token from ci_cd.yml

Thanks for the PR! The changes in ci_cd.yml look correct, but there are some other workflows that depend on the setupe-env action. Those will need to be updated in a similar way.
