Add new check for @version line in each PHP template file #115

I would like to suggest a new check for a doc block line starting with @version to give each template file an own version number (like WooCommerce)

With this @version line we can use the full power of this plugin:

Version info is not used in Twenty Nineteen after the try out in Twenty Seventeen. So obviously there is no interest in this idea.

Idea never got any real traction. Rejection from TRT. Closed PR. So nobody seems to be interested in this idea besides me. Therefore we can close this issue.
