Ironbound 0.5.6 alpha - new name and matching settings theme
Pre-releaseIronbound 0.5.6 alpha — testers and contributors welcome
Ironbound is the new name for my Valheim HUD and quality-of-life mod, previously
called Ragnarök. The 0.5.6 alpha also gives the F10 settings window the same
charcoal, iron and gold frame theme as the HUD. It's public under MIT, and I'd
love feedback from other players and mod developers.
Upgrading? Remove old Ragnarok.dll copies first. Existing config imports when no
Ironbound config exists; mount bonds and progression stay intact.
The alpha brings a charcoal-and-gold Rune & Iron HUD, inventory/crafting tools,
one shared nearby-chest feature for crafting/quick-stack/search, and a mount
companion with Riding progression and occasional temperament. It also includes
separate pickup/recipe/milestone notifications, ammo counts, tame dots and
health/stamina regeneration numbers. You can keep the vanilla HUD or choose
individual features in F10.
This is an alpha, not a finished release. Back up saves and use a test profile.
Automated checks pass, but the newest layouts, mount temperament and all
multiplayer ownership scenarios still need live testing. BepInExPack and Jötunn
are required; shared gameplay features need the same mod build on server and clients.

Reproduction steps, screenshots, translations, usability feedback and pull
requests are all welcome. Testing mount owner handoffs, distant summons and mod
combinations would be especially helpful. If it looks useful, share it with your
Valheim group or star the repository so others can find it.
