大佬大佬，我能不能把你的README文件摘抄到其他平台？我一定会在文章里说明摘抄位置的！
我看你用的是GPL，衍生作品需要同样的LICENSE，但我写的是一个文章哈，好像不能用GPL
所以大佬能不能告诉我这个萌新我能不能摘抄你的README。
如果作者大大同意能不能在这个issue里给我一个授权哈。
实在是很抱歉打扰您，麻烦作者大大了
