New Features

• Self-Update Functionality (-u, --update): PaperUpdater can now check for and download updates from GitHub releases automatically. The updater will prompt before downloading and optionally clean up old versions after successful update.
• Pre-Release Version Filter (-p, --pre): Added option to include pre-release versions (e.g., 1.21.9-rc1) when auto-selecting versions. By default, only stable release versions are considered.

Improvements

• Paper API v3: Updated to use the latest Paper API v3 for improved compatibility and features
• Download Progress: Added informative message showing the version and build number being downloaded
