v0.8.0 - Separate Challenges

• Added new parameter: separate-challenges (-i)
• Refactored deployment, validation, cleaning code to separate functions
• Implemented calling the above functions for each domain if the new parameter is set, otherwise original behavior is retained
• Added to README
