The Installation of Beandrip is a little annoying, but I'm working on making it easier.
Install the latest version of CircuitPython for your Raspberry Pi Pico W or Raspberry Pi Pico 2 W (Installation instructions here)
Download the code.py and beanscript.py files
code.py
beanscript.py
Plug your Pico (2) W in (and manually mount it if necessary) and open the CIRCUITPY drive
CIRCUITPY
Copy the code.py and beanscript.py files to the CIRCUITPY drive
Create a secrets.py file inside the CIRCUITPY drive. This is where you will store your WiFi SSID and Password.
secrets.py
Open the secrets.py file in your favourite text editor or IDE, and use the following structure to add your WiFi SSID and Password:
secrets = { 'WIFI_SSID': 'Put your WiFi SSID (WiFi name) here', 'WIFI_PASSWORD': 'Put your WiFi password here' }
And there you go! Beandrip is now installed on your Pi Pico (2) W, and you're now ready to start writing payload scripts!
