A Java-based strategy/simulation game focused on climate action and education. Developed using Agile Scrum practices to enable iterative development and collaboration.
Climate Game engages players in decision-making to address climate change. This repository contains the Java backend, a sample UI (JavaFX), tests, and assets for Scrum workflow management.

Clone the repo:

Java quick start (Maven):
mvn clean verify mvn -q javafx:run
- Sprints: 1 weeks, regular planning, reviews, retrospectives
- Board: Backlog → Selected for Sprint → In Progress → In Review → Done
- CI: Automated build/test on every push/PR (Java workflows enabled)
- Definition of Done: Code, tests, review, CI green, docs updated
