Updated v1.1.0-1

ahead of master's v1.1.0 but behind some other nearly implemented changes that will be v1.1.1 so basically just a barebones working version with decent webhook, but still a bunch of other bugs like last part of a message not sending every time, and some minor details such as OneConfig dependant switches not hiding their options properly. Haven't tested name list backup/restore in this version, but I think master's v1.1.0 has a bug to do with the list not working properly.. BUT OH WELL
