Welcome this is my first Javascript project where I just created a simple webpage with an application, had some outside help with finding the correct functions and still forgetting JS' events/functions. Despite all that it seems that my C++ debugging and logic did infact carry over even if it is a new language. Just have to get more comfortable with things on the front end like css, still pretty bad at it.
I'm still very happy that it did come out pretty well made, I do want to come back to this to add some features such as an undo button which would return you to the previous action. Adding negative numbers as a pre fix, right now the only way to get a negative number is by substracting. Adding a little more visual appeal to the calc, it's pretty barebones to look at.
Maybe some other things I'll eventually learn with time in JS.. maybe some backend things..?
Most likely going to keep my journey updated here learning other projects to eventually build up and create my own, in the meantime I hope I can look back at this first basic project with fond memories of how I started my journey.
