CollapsedQR: tap to turn background white

Description

In v0.8.0-beta3 we introduced a new theme that included colored QR codes. A user mentioned to us that we were making the QRs more difficult to scan by decreasing the contrast.

The PR adds the ability to tap those QRs to turn them white and thus make them more easy to scan.

It also increases the safe are of the QRs a bit and fixes a bug where the borders were showing up orange even for themes with standard, white QRs.
