WELCOME to Biophysical Essentials ! Biophysical Essentials is an open-source software framework written in Python QT. It enables researchers to analyze biophysical data, such as Patch-Clamp recordings from amplifiers made by different companies, including HEKA, Sutter, Axon, and more.
