Bug 修复

• 改善未配置模型时的首次使用：默认使用本地快速搜索，跳过需要回答模型的自动摘要，并为语义检索与问答提供配置提示。
• 后台服务启动连接失败时显示可操作错误并重连，恢复后清除临时错误；事件消费者落后时保持事件流连接，避免后续进度和问答事件中断。
• 索引时跳过不可读子目录，继续处理其余文件；目录中的 .sagignore 无法读取时停止该范围的扫描，避免忽略规则失效。
• 检索跳过已删除、已变化或不可读的原文，以及超过 Jev 单项输入预算的候选，避免单份文档导致整个查询失败；搜索数量扣除当前页跳过的失效项。
• 修复 Windows 转换输出的 UTF-8 读取及 uv 目录联接处理，并调整 8 GiB 设备的转换内存预算，避免原有 2 GiB 限额过早终止转换。
• 转换组件安装显示实际进度，模型下载源不可达时及时报错；“其他格式”默认不预选，按所选格式安装文档/OCR 或音视频组件。
• 内置转换缓存纳入 anydoc 版本，后续索引时更新旧缓存；原文未变时保留失败重试前的有效结果，避免覆盖用户编辑过的转换文档，并防止原文变化后继续使用旧结果。
• 外部链接改用系统浏览器打开，避免打断应用内会话；手动上滚阅读回答后，生成完成不再将阅读位置拉回底部。
• 已关闭的相同索引失败提示不再重复出现，新的失败仍会提醒，并改善 Windows 索引路径显示。
