• 3c100a1: Seven more helpers are published as ./lib/<stem> exports: changed-files, changed-packages, git-sandbox, local-import-closure, test-memory-cap, tree-wide-guard and walk-scope, moved from a11ign/a11ign (changed-packages with its test).
