• read returns JPEG/PNG/GIF/WebP as Attachment image results, matching the
  tool description, and the OpenAI-compatible path keeps multimodal image_url
  parts in tool-result messages instead of flattening them to text (#156 /
  #152).

Fixed

• Clear empty non-worktree .a3s-isolate-* orphan siblings before
  create_worktree, so crashed runs no longer leave bind flakes on the next
  isolation attempt (#155).
• Align bailian Flash live Layer C outer budgets for workspace retrieval and
  harness-loop to 420s (measured P95 latency class) without softening kernel
  assertions (#155).
