Plugin contract

• New knowledge: contracts/settings-card — Host installSettingsSection + keyed settings.plugin.item
• dshx init --kind client scaffolds that official card (not a top-level settings.section)
• Code mode UI rename → PTC mode (disk id is still code)
• Session-truth: max-token truncation no longer bricks continue
• Extension-points: ctx.attachments / ctx.jobs

Install

Clone into a Harness checkout, then:

node --import tsx/esm tools/dshx/src/cli.ts setup --harness "$PWD"

Or paste dshx setup --print-prompt into any external agent.
