Animato v1.7.1
Animato v1.7.1 — Animated List Reliability
Animato v1.7.1 is a focused patch release for the Leptos AnimatedFor
component. It resolves issues #47, #48, #49, and #50 while preserving the
stable v1 API and the renderer-agnostic core introduced in earlier releases.
Highlights
- Initial list rows now execute the configured enter animation.
- New
move_delaysupport lets existing rows wait before FLIP movement begins. - The hardcoded 10px list gap has been removed; use the new
gapprop for
explicit spacing. - New
item_classsupport exposes generated row wrappers for stacking-context,
hover z-index, and application-specific styling. - Entering rows honor
PresenceAnimationduration and easing, independently
from move duration and easing. - Regression tests cover enter timing and delayed movement behavior.
- Leptos docs, examples, architecture, roadmap, changelog, version tests, and
release automation have been updated for the patch.
Leptos example
<AnimatedFor
each=items.into()
key=|item: &Item| item.id
children=|item: Item| view! {
{item.label}
}
enter=PresenceAnimation::slide_up()
move_duration=0.35
move_easing=Easing::EaseOutCubic
move_delay=0.20
stagger_delay=0.04
gap=12.0
item_class="relative z-0 hover:z-50"
/>Compatibility
No Rust API was removed. AnimatedFor no longer inserts an implicit 10px gap.
Applications that intentionally relied on that spacing can retain it with
gap=10.0.
