This is a major release. The ably gem is replaced by ably-pubsub-server. See the migration guide for details on upgrading from 1.x.

Breaking changes:

• Clients are created with Ably::PubSub::Server.create_http_client and Ably::PubSub::Server.create_realtime_client (#458)
• Move client namespaces under Ably::PubSub: Ably::Rest becomes Ably::PubSub::Http and Ably::Realtime becomes Ably::PubSub::Realtime (#458)
• Replace the environment, rest_host, realtime_host and fallback_hosts_use_default options with the endpoint client option; traffic moves to main.realtime.ably.net (#458)
