• New command llm openrouter-decisions batch: asks the same question about every row of a CSV, TSV, JSON or JSONL file, with concurrent requests (default 8, max 32). Options --limit to measure the cost first, --max-cost to cap the spend, --resume to continue an interrupted run, --log to save answers in the LLM database. Rate limits, server and network errors are retried; a bad key or no credit stops the run.
• README: reproducible example on 500 OpenAlex titles with "transparency" in the title, and a section on costs, limits and risks of large batches.

First alpha of llm-openrouter-decisions, an LLM plugin for the OpenRouter decisions models.

• Registers every model of the OpenRouter decisions catalog (30 models at release time), with the catalog cached for an hour.
• Answer types: noul, choice, score, box.
• Image attachments on the models that read images (Jev accepts only PNG and JPEG).
• -o questions sends several questions in one request; -o input_format json takes JSON input.
• Known issue: :free models return HTTP 404 when the OpenRouter privacy settings exclude training on user data.
