After merging and saving is completed, the following error message appears:

in StackedVolume::init(...): the reference system {1,1,3} is not supported.

Using Windows 7 standalone GUI version.

This error occurs when trying to import the generated (stitched) image and produce metadata files needed by other tools (TeraConverter and TeraFly for visualization).

Unless you are interested to these tools, you can ignore this error.

Of course, we will fix it in the next release. Thanks for letting us know!

@iannellog sure, should I post them here or send them to your email listed in github? And which one?

@iannellog it seems that the error is gone in 1.9.63 version. My mistake - it appears that I had it downloaded, but not installed. Thanks for your help.

However, I have some other issues with the GUI of 1.9.63. When I try to select directory for saving merged files and I click on the '...' icon, the window for selecting directories is hiding under the main window, so that I have to drag it to the corner of the screen to do anything with it. Another point is that the window prompts me to select an empty directory, but then it doesn't let select directories, only files, so the only way to make it work is to paste a path in the field in the merge tab. (Also the fonts look awkward in Windows, but this is a minor point).
