Node runtime update required

This npm 0.4.9 security hotfix requires Node 22.23.4 or newer within 22.x, or Node 24.22.1 or newer within 24.x (^22.23.4 || ^24.22.1). Older patches are no longer supported; Node 26 is not supported. Upgrade Node separately before updating this package: a package update does not patch the installed Node runtime.

The patch version was explicitly selected for this security maintenance release; the raised runtime minimum is a compatibility change. npm runtime source, native dependency pins and lock-recovery policy are unchanged. Windows standalone diagnostics remain 0.5.0 on their separate release channel.
