startAutoUpdate() applies a discovered update on its own: immediately in a hidden
tab, or after an idle period without input in a visible one. It never reloads
while a dialog is open, a text field has focus or the app's isBusy() reports
unsaved work (a failing check counts as busy), and re-checks until the moment is
safe. pageLooksBusy() exposes the built-in signals. Release 0.16.0.
