Cargo - Fix missing cargo box sizes & cleanup

When merged this pull request will:

• Fixes Inconsistent cargo size and space for both Land_Cargo20_EMP and Training #10262.
• Fixes the IDAP 10 & 40 cargo containers not having any cargo.
• Removed Land_Cargo40_vr_F, as it doesn't exist in the base game.
• Removed unnecessary XEH definitions. I've been unable to find out why they were added in the first place.
• Removed unnecessary inheritance stuff.

long ago xeh was disabled on thing and thingx which covers most cargo boxes
I think changed in CBATeam/CBA_A3#645

I think the lamps and the "paperBox" still need XEH as they are some other type
