[0.9.8] - 2026-10-28
- Publish the SDKs with everything in 0.9.7. Its SDK release stopped at a documentation check before anything was published, so crates.io and npm move from 0.9.6 straight to 0.9.8, and this is also the first release with Android packages since 0.9.6. The app, CLI and wire protocol are otherwise as in 0.9.7.
- Build the documentation on every pull request, as the SDK release does, so a broken doc link fails there rather than on a release tag.
