Optimize: Re-check fd's type in event.s to limit read loop times in FIBER_READ when EAGAIN got;
Optimize: Create SYNC_WAITER & SYNC_TIMER at the beginning of fiber_io_loop that fds in them can be in lower value to avoid collision with the other fds for files and sockets;
Optimize: Add more functions for openssl module;
Optimize: Retry resolve domain for three times if resolving failed in fiber module;
Bugfix: Fixed one memory issue in xml parser by damseleng;
