Description

Starting from the version 410 Google have rebranded Google Cloud SDK and started calling it "Google Cloud CLI". It matches overall purpose of the package and consistent with tool sets for all other cloud platforms.

Despite packages with "-sdk" suffix are still available for the purpose of backwards compatibility, official documentation references only ones with "-cli" suffix. For some reason cli and sdk packages are not compatible and can't be installed simultaneously. Since we have obsolete sdk package in our image now anyone who wants to install additional cli package listed in official docs for Google Cloud would get an error. This PR fixes that. Also it renames Google Cloud SDK to CLI in software reports for both Linux and Windows for better consistency.
