Staff shows `None None` not showing email

Describe the bug
UI should show email of the staff not None None

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Laydown project by django-cookiecutter
2. Select using email instead of username
3. Create staff user, and service
4. Try to make appointment

Expected behavior
It should not show None None. Expect email
