Redesign Verification Code Page

Changes

Redesigned enter_verification_code.html for improved layout and semantics
Modified verification_code.css with isolated styles
Added vcode- prefix to all class names to prevent conflicts

Benefits

Resolves CSS conflicts with main project styles
Improves responsiveness and mobile experience
Modernizes UI design of the verification code page
