As full-stack software engineer, with over 8 years of experience building companies' most vital products, I've built countless user experiences across the web, mobile, and desktop. I'm currently building a lot with Ruby on Rails. It only took me 8 years to get over my aversion to the magic, and embrace it. Now I'm really loving it. I've built countless services and tools with Node and React, and still consider Typescript an incredible tool in my toolbox. I'm very bullish on deno and think it could do for JS what Rails did for Ruby, given enough commitment to opinionated development.
