  Ignore only the close request issued during an unchanged resize event.
  Preserve later keyboard, pointer and blur closes, and trigger ref cleanup.

  Cover unconsumed resize guards with a component regression test. Use a
  locator click in the browser scenario so the outside click cannot precede
  Radix's deferred pointer listener.
