💥 Breaking Changes

• createContextMenus now requires creation properties.
  Normal, checkbox, and radio items require title in createContextMenus
  and createOrUpdateContextMenu; separators may omit it. Use
  updateContextMenus for partial changes to an existing item.

• getDefaultPopup() now returns string | undefined.
  Callers using strictNullChecks must handle undefined before using the
  result as a string. A missing action section now returns undefined.

🐛 Bug Fixed

• action: handle missing default popup configuration (cdfacd7)

  Read the manifest once and preserve configured popup strings, including
  an empty string. Return undefined when the selected action section or
  default_popup field is absent, while propagating manifest access errors.

  Update MV2/MV3 tests, installed-consumer type checks, and documentation.

• context-menus: adapt to updated Chrome types (9083d44)

  Upgrade @types/chrome to ^0.3.5 and preserve its discriminated context
  menu creation options when omitting id for create-or-update calls.
  Keep partial updates and native error propagation unchanged.

  Update documentation, Chrome/Firefox profile tests, and clean-consumer
  type checks.
