Sometimes users will be in module mode for their project, to allow us to us Mozaic's configuration file, we need to let them use .cjs extension

Sometimes, consumer can be in module mode inside theirs projects, if we want to use Mozaic's configuration file with the ES Module mode, we need to allow them to use .cjs extension file.
