• 28 exercises (22 new): leg strength, balance, arms and shoulders, mobility, seated cardio and the CDC chair stand check, all counted or timed from the phone camera.
• Planned around your health: choose knee pain, hip replacement, back pain, osteoporosis, shoulder pain, dizziness, a recent fall, a walking aid, or heart or blood pressure at setup or in Settings. The plan leaves out moves that aren't advised, swaps in safer ones, starts gentler and keeps adapting from your own data.
• Live camera panel: the session shows the coach, a mirror of you, your live camera picture with the tracking lines drawn on, and the counter. A switch on the phone controls the picture (on by default, relayed live, never recorded or stored).
• Fire TV-style exercise library rows, Amazon Steady name, refreshed banner and icon.

• Fire TV-native redesign: Amazon squid ink and orange, Prime blue focus, Inter type, top navigation, Progress charts, Exercise library, Settings.
• Motion: animated logo, ambient light, spring focus, rep bursts, ring sweeps, confetti, pulse rings, staggered reveals.
