ask_user accepts more argument shapes

  • Options can now be labeled objects {label, description?} as well as plain strings. They're shown as label or label — description.
  • header is accepted as an alias for a question's title. If both are sent, title wins.
  • questions can be sent as a JSON-encoded string. Invalid JSON, or JSON that isn't a valid question list, fails with a clear error.
  • The TUI, Dashboard, RPC, and the ctx.ui.ask extension API are unchanged.

Resolves issue 542 via PR 543.
