Tanks v1.6.f

What's new in Tanks v1.6.f:

• Added bullet effect and trail editor
• Item icons can now be recolored
• Mines can now be recolored
• Added option for bullets to destroy blocks on impact
• Added ability for explosions to stun tanks
• The party host can now mute player chat for players
• Added ability to nudge players in a party to click 'ready'
