Backwards incompatible changes

• Changed minimum supported Node version to v22. v20 and below are now EOL!
• New testDefault option (#249, thanks @garlab!)
• testOnly removed – this was little used and provided an annoyingly inconsistent API. Use testDefault instead
• Now using bun install for package management (only matters for development)
• Empty/whitespace strings now count as missing (#252, thanks @svr93!)
• dist is now ESM-only (#250, thanks @slagiewka!)

Other changes and enhancements

• removed tslib – envalid is back to having zero runtime dependencies
• add support for checkJs environments (#255, thanks @svr93!)
• enabled trusted publishing from github workflows to npm
