V2.8.1

Added the following:

1. File Split mode. If enabled, multiprocessing will split each file into each processor, and process it in parallel (best when using large files or when requiring heavy processing such as when using multiple mismatches and/or search sequences). If disabled, multiple files will be processed simultaneously (1 file per processor) (default behaviour is disabled);
2. Fixed a bug where when setting phred-score as 0 for the up and down stream search sequences on the CLI it would revert to maximum strigency;
3. Can now used features.csv tables that are separated by "," (comma) ";" (semicolon) or "\t" (tab);
4. Minor users messages improvements;
