v0.7.11
GNOME Wayland literal text now prefers the layout-aware portal path. On that path, a keymap preflight rejects unsupported strings before typing begins. Coordinate click, drag and scroll refuse inaccurate relative-motion fallback, and portal wheel direction follows compositor axis signs. (#226)
Screenshot readiness distinguishes detected routes from successful capture. Doctor reports detected capture routes as unverified. get_app_state reports whether raw capture succeeded, before cropping or encoding. Screenshot failures preserve their backend causes, and diagnostic subprocesses have bounded execution and cleanup. (#226)
Local development builds keep line information with less debug data. CI host builds share their cache. Release build settings are unchanged. (#225)
Pi and schema-check dependency lockfiles address audit findings. (#221)
The Wayland fixes were reproduced and checked in a private GNOME 50.1 workspace. Native uinput hardware positioning and GNOME 46's permission-store setup were not exercised. GNOME text eligibility conservatively checks every advertised layout group. Held modifiers and concurrent keymap changes are outside these checks.
