Codex's composer and other contenteditable editors in Chromium apps get accurate input feedback, and large accessibility trees no longer come back empty.

• The focus probe keeps searching a focused Chromium document for its editor, and no longer claims typed text went nowhere. Thanks @pnll1991 for a careful report and a patch that made this quick to fix. (#290, #295)
• A snapshot that reaches its 10-second deadline returns the tree it read, marked truncated, instead of an empty one. max_nodes now goes up to 10000; the default stays 1000.
• Thanks @ArcticLampyrid for isolating the text preflight test from an inherited KDE session. (#293)
